I get 11.30 seconds simulation for 10 seconds of real time, on an
Athlon 64 X2 4800+ system (dual core 2.4 GHz) running Fedora 7 Linux.
This is after changing the code to use current_uinst as an actual
microinstruction rather than a pointer, and with the IR not affecting
the shifter function.
