Another non-calculator Conference item

Hello,
I kept hearing a strange clunking noise (near Cyrille) during the
Conference.
It turned out to be a Dyna-Flex gyro "wrist exerciser" which is a 2-3/4"
diameter
ball mechanism that you get started rotating and by wrist action you
pump
energy into the gyro to make the RPM's ever faster - to a specified
limit of
13,000 RPM. Several attendees bought them at Frys and were becoming
well "exercised" during the Conference. A model with four red LED's is
also available which glow when the gyro reaches a medium speed.
With two attendees from the UK, two from Australia, one each from Canada
and Germany, the Conference was well attended with a 15% increase in
attendance over last year. We had over twice the number of door prizes
as attendees and at least one calculator for each attendee - aside from
an
HP-12Cp 25th. My thanks for everyone's effort to make the Conference
happen. We all look forward to HHC 2007 with two Conferences planned.
One will be in San Diego and one in London during September and October.
The exact dates will be decided as soon as possible.
X < > Y,
Richard
