HHC 2008 conference location

I've finally gotten confirmation that the second Difference Engine #2
constructed in London will be at the Computer History Museum in
Mountain View, CA (near San Jose) for one year starting in April.
If HHC 2008 was to held in San Jose, it would be possible to schedule
an outing to the museum for everyone to see the Difference Engine in
operation.

The drawback of holding HHC 2008 in San Jose is that we probably wouldn't
have the option of using conference facilities provided by HP.
