He sent me a listing of what's left.... It is clearly partially 
overwritten -- there's a pair of CLX instructions in adjacent locations, 
for example. But some of it looks OK.

I can forward this (I hope) to anyone who thinks it might help them track 
it down.

Some parts look undamaged, but others are overwritten. BTW, it appears to 
have been the full 99 steps long.
