[HPCC-Conf] What does HP offer?

hello everybody,

Think about this:
hp49 cost $179 in HP Shopping site.

Does it has sense?

Now you can buy a Dell PocketPC 2002 for $199:

Of course, HP is working in a "low cost" ipaq line,
for $299 more or less.

What can HP Calculators offer to "refresh" the idea of
innovative handheld computing that HP calculators used
to be ?? A new hp49?? At what price??

It is funny to know that HP Calculators division can't
work with HP Handhelds division, even when both
divisions toghether could give a really innovative
handheld computing device with low cost. 

Maybe Casio ClassPad 300 and this Dell device could
make them work toghether to make devices for young
market, and not to lose that market.
