Well, sadly but true: None of my friends is interested in calcs at all. Even 
worse: They actually do not understand my enthusiasm and all my efforts to 
get'em infected merely resulted in a big question-mark tatooed on their 
foreheads. Too bad for them :-( No, giving this book to them made no sense as 
they would not read it. But, you know what? I'm sure that most of the 
people chatting at MoHPC forum would love to read the book and would highly 
appreciate the insider information that you give. On the other hand, they 
probably don't know about it's existence at all! So, why don't you tell the 
enthusiasts there? It could even well be that this would lead to new HPCC 
members ;-)
