So far, I've been waiting until it was possible to order the book online
(e.g., through amazon), but the process of making that happen is turning
out to be unbelievably slow.  I also e-mailed Dave Hicks last week to offer
him a copy for the MoHPC, but so far he hasn't replied (I notice that he
hasn't been posting to the site's forums either, so I'm assuming he's busy).

Still, I think I will post a short note in the forums, just so people get
the chance to find out about it (although technically, I guess it's
a classified ad :-) ).  Thanks.
