For anybody at HP's ETG to consider the idea.
Well, maybe they can consider it, as long as the result is clearly
a calculator and not a PDA.
Someone (RN?) pointed out that less innovation is possible when
a division of the company have to restrict their R&D scope to avoid
encroaching on another division's turf. Back when there was an
"HP Way", it looked like everyone was more focused on making
innovative products. Now if division A makes widgets, and division B
makes gizmos, the outlook for widgets with gizmo-like features (or
vice versa) seems grim.
