[HPCC-Conf] Update on the status of the Proceedings

Dear All,

I finally managed to get V21N5 of Datafile to the printers today and so 
am now free to concentrate on getting the proceedings completed.

I hope that I will be able to post out extra pages to add to your 
existing proceedings pack in about 2 weeks time. Then I will switch to 
completing the Conference cd. Some good news is that Jake Schwartz has 
finished extracting the audio from the video tapes and a cd is on its 
way to me as I write.

To save on dead trees, postage etc. I plan only to print fresh copies of 
material that you do not have already, for example my own talk (since I 
only wrote the slides the night before :-))

For items such as the programming contest instructions, where you 
already have the paper copy that was handed out, I do not intend to 
print them again. They will, however, be updated and included into the 
final PDF file of the Proceedings that will appear on the cd so that you 
can re-print those pages yourselves if you so desire.
