Using slackware-current as of 12/06/2003, I have attempted to build tumble.
the error I'm getting is:
<stdout>: In function `yylex':
<stdout>:894: error: `yy_prev_more_offset' undeclared (first use in this=20
function)
<stdout>:894: error: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
<stdout>:894: error: for each function it appears in.)
scanner.l: At top level:
<stdout>:1438: warning: `yyunput' defined but not used
<stdout>:2048: warning: `yy_flex_strlen' defined but not used
make: *** [scanner.o] Error 1
flex version is 2.5.4a, with source package "flex-2.5.fa.tar.gz"
Note the slackware package of flex has several patches. =20
=2D From the build script:
# Modify flex to work with newer, standards-complient gcc:
flex -V reports its version:
$ flex -V
flex 2.5.31
I am very excited about this package (tumble), as it is exactly what I'm=20
looking for. I scan a lot of documents into jpeg, and currently have no=20
simple way to get them into multipage form. I currently have no way (even=
=20
complicated) to get them into multipage form with decent compression.
Thank you for your time and effort in creating this package. I look forwar=
d=20
to using it!
